Jonas Derksen founded DXN Event in 2018 and with the company mainly performed DJ orders. In 2022 the two Derksen brothers (Jonas and Samuel) joined forces and founded Derksen Bros Entertainment GmbH, which is the legal basis for DXN Event. DXN Event is a young company that specializes in helping to create special events: Private events (e.g. weddings, birthday parties, family celebrations, etc.) Corporate events (e.g. Christmas parties, anniversary celebrations, etc.) Public events (e.g. concerts, street parties, festivals, etc.) We offer our services in the areas of music, film and photo services. We cooperate with selected external partners, who attach great importance to quality and details. Music services: In the field of music we conclude DJ and artist booking contracts. For stylish events Jonas Derksen is available as a live pianist. For very special occasions we can also offer other ensembles and orchestras for live music. Film und Photo services: For special memories, our film and photo specialists are at your disposal. Sinan Akdag has already put his film expertise to work for larger projects. As one of the cinematographers, he was responsible for many of the cinematic filming of the Real Life Guys popular YouTube videos. Kimball Crawford is available as a media content creator. As a trained media designer picture/sound he has the necessary know-how to bring your film project to the next level. Our photographer Janine Fingerle enchants with her many years of experience in couple portraits and wedding shoots. Our drone pilots from Dr1Pilots provide breathtaking aerial shots. Rental of Event Equipment: PA equipment (sound): With our RCF 2.1 system, a professional sound system is available, which provides a clear sound with deep bass. The system is ideal for event sizes up to 500 people. Light Equipment: Moving lights create the party mood. With our wide range of different lighting effects, we will set the mood of the party. With our DMX controllers we can control all the lights individually and provide suitable mood color. Special effects: Who is in the mood for confetti? With our DMX Shooter we can provide "WOW" effects and impress your guests. More special effects will be added to our range over time. Just ask us what is available at the given time.

Basically we are on the road throughout Germany and Europe. We have already been booked in Switzerland, Austria and Italy. Our headquarters are in Darmstadt and Hannover. Events within a radius of up to 100km from the two locations are generally calculated without additional accommodation and travel expenses. After we have received the request by mail, the first thing we check is not only the date but also the location. We combine music, film and photo to create memories. For each area we have our specialists and work at the highest level. All services can be booked individually or as a bundle. We get back to you as soon as possible. If the appointment is available, we arrange a free initial consultation. 2. Free initial consultation In the initial consultation, you tell us what you want for your event. We advise you on what we can make possible. Together we go through our services, and talk directly about our prices. Transparency is very important to us. No hidden costs! 3. Conclude booking contract We conclude a booking contract in which all the services you want to book are listed. What is a booking contract for? Both parties want the services to be provided as agreed. A booking contract provides this assurance. There is nothing worse in wedding planning when the DJ cancels a week before. This means unnecessary stress. We want to avoid this, so we regulate certain aspects legally. 4. Preparation: DXN Event Analysis We want to help shape the event so that customers and guests take away a special memory. With our event analysis, we ensure that the event preparation is highly professional and efficient. Detailed arrangements: Creation of an event timetable DXN Event works in preparation for the event with an event roadmap: A complete overview of all arrangements. In this timetable you can find general information, equipment packing list and appointment arrangements with the special wishes. The timetable will be completed and elaborated in this appointment. We will be happy to provide you with the document. 6. ca. 1-2 weeks before event: control appointment If desired, a final appointment will be made before the day of the event, which is only for the purpose of spontaneously making small changes.

DXN Event: In principle, DXN Event cannot withdraw from the contract after the conclusion of a booking contract, unless the booked DJ, musician, cameraman or photographer is prevented by external force. Customer: The customer can cancel/cancel the contract at any time under the contractually agreed cancellation conditions. If any questions arise during the contract, do not hesitate to contact us. Cancellation on the part of the client is possible under the following cancellation conditions: Up to 30 days before the event, no cancellation fee will be charged. Up to 14 days before the event, 50% cancellation fee (gross) will be charged. Up to 7 days before the event, 90% cancellation fee (gross) will be charged.

This may vary depending on the service booked. For DJ booking, it is customary to pay a 30% deposit up to 4 weeks before the event. The remaining amount (70%) is due by the day of the event. This also applies to other music services (live pianist, ensemble or orchestra booking). For a booking of our film experts and photographers it depends on the contractual agreement. Depending on the order situation, a higher deposit may be required if, for example, necessary equipment has to be rented for the order. Please take a look at the contract there. For events where the DJ or artist is active for more than 8 hours or if the event location is further away than 60min drive and the event is scheduled to go until after 22:00, an additional accommodation fee of 60€ per night will be charged. However, the customer does not have to take care of the hotel bookings.

Basically, 50 cents are charged per kilometer driven. There are service packages where 100km are included (e.g. DJ evening flat rate). In this case, the client only pays for the kilometers that exceed the 100km. For bookings to other countries, the flights are paid by the client.
